TimeOff provides location suggestions based on public and user-provided data. We do not own, operate, or control the recommended places. We are not responsible for any harm, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction caused by visiting these places. Please research and verify each location before visiting.

TimeOff may integrate with third-party services like Google Maps, review platforms, and ticketing providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of these third-party platforms. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data, compliance with local laws, and safe travel decisions. TimeOff is not liable for any consequences resulting from misuse or misinterpretation of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of our terms, abuse, or fraudulent activity. Termination may occur without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to these terms or your use of the TimeOff app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

TimeOff is intended for users aged 16 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under this age.
